From Bonsai Palm OS Outlines

Bonsai Outliner for Windows > How Do I ... ? > Import Data > From Bonsai Palm OS Outlines

The Bonsai Windows application can import Bonsai outlines created with the Bonsai for Palm OS application. Use the File Import command or simply drag and drop the backup of the Palm outliner database (extension ".PDB") onto the Bonsai application. Your outlines will be named "NO_<Outline Name>.pdb".

Note:

Users of Palm Pre phones can use the import feature with Bonsai for Palm OS application and the Classic emulator to access outlines created on the Pre in their Bonsai Desktop. It is also possible to configure Bonsai to synchronize the desktop outline with the outline file on the Palm Pre. Refer to the using Bonsai on a Palm Pre Phone section on how to configure this.
