Bonsai Portable Outliner (Run from USB drive) > Licensing

To register the Bonsai USB software, you will need to purchase a "Bonsai Desktop Edition" software license. Open the Help/Register menu and select the "Desktop Only Registration" user (will be only option when running from a USB drive) and enter your email address and registration number as specified in the registration email. It is best to cut and paste this information to avoid any typos.

New for Bonsai 5, users of Bonsai for Palm OS Desktop Edition can register the software running from a USB drive by selecting "Desktop Only Registration" user and the entering their HotSync name in place of their email address along with the Bonsai registration number.
