Setting

Description

Show Progress During Synchronization

When this option is checked, the Bonsai HotSync conduit displays a dialog during synchronization that shows what step is being preformed. Only applies to Palm HotSync operations.

Always check handheld To Do database for changes

When this option is checked, the Bonsai conduit will compare the standard handheld To Do database against any outlines that contain To Do links even if the outline has not been modified on the handheld or desktop.  If there are a large number of outlines that contain To Do links, this can slow down the synchronization. Only applies to Palm HotSync operations.

Default location for new outlines

The path used by default when creating a new outline. This path is used when creating a new outline using the File/New menu or by the synchronization when creating a new outline on the desktop.

Logging during synchronization

This setting determines the amount of information written to the synchronization log file on the desktop. The log is written during Palm HotSync and file synchronizations.

Post synchronization command

A command line in this field will be executed after the Bonsai conduit completed synchronization during a HotSync. This applies only to Palm HotSync operations. The command is not performed after a file synchronization. The command line should include a full path to the program to be executed.
