This is a list of available columns you can add to the Custom list and a brief description of each.

Column Name	Description
Archived	Icon that represents if the entry is marked as Archived
Category	Category name assigned to the entry
Category #	The number of the category assigned to the entry
Contact	The contact field text
Created	The Date/Time that this entry was created
Date	The short date of the entry
Days Since	The number of days between now and the date assigned to this entry
Follow Up	Icon that represents if the entry has a follow up flag set
Keyword	The text of the keyword assigned (if any) to this entry
Last Modified	The Date/Time of the last modification of this entry
Month	The Month value of the date assigned to this entry
Private	Icon that represent if the entry is marked as Private
Text	The first line of text of the entry
Time	The time associated with this entry
Voice Memo	Icon that represents if the entry has a voice memo attached
Year	The Year portion of the date assigned to the entry
