See only "Follow Up" items

How do I.... > See only "Follow Up" items

Sometime you want to quickly view only those entries which you have marked with the "Follow up" flag. This is quite easy to do.

This is done from the "Custom" list. First, make sure that you have the "Follow up" column available in the list. If you do not have it showing, take a look at the "Adding Columns" section of the manual. Now use the Custom Filtering drop down menu on the "Follow up" column and select the "True" option. Once selected, your custom list should be filtered to only show you items with the follow up flag set.

Alternatively, you can drag the "Follow Up" column into the grouping section and group your entries by "Follow Up" and no follow up settings.
