Sorting Columns

You can sort the columns of either the Entry List or Custom views list to however you desire. Simple use your mouse to click on the column header.

Sorting the Date Column

If you wish to sort the column in the opposite direction, click on the column a second time. The arrow that appears on the right side of the column heading tells you that the list is sorted by this column, and by which direction it is sorted.

Hint: You can have a secondary sort column by holding down the shift key and clicking on your second column choice.

Hint: Sorting can also be applied to grouped columns in the Custom list.
