Color Options

When you tap on Options/Color there are several colors you can configure:

Background colors:

Unselected:

The color of the notes in the list that you have not selected.

Selected:

The color of the note in the list which you have selected.

Find Highlight:

The color of the text found when you perform a find action.

Grouping Row:

The color of the bar showing the date of your notes.

Category background colors:

This list will show any categories you have defined, allowing you to change their background color.
