Follow these steps to install DayNotez™ for Pocket PC to a second Pocket PC syncing to the same PC. This example assumes this second Pocket PC is for a different user and two DayNotez™ Desktop databases will be maintained. The second user is required to purchase their own DayNotez™ license. For example, perhaps you and your spouse have Pocket PCs and you each want to maintain a database on your home desktop.

 

1.Connect the second Pocket PC to the desktop PC and ensure the device has an ActiveSync connection.
2.From your desktop PC, install DayNotez™ for Pocket PC by running “Start/Programs/Natara Software/Install DayNotez on PPC OS Device”.
3.Follow the wizard instructions. Additional information about the wizard can be found in the PC Install topic starting at step 5.
4.During the next synchronization, you will be prompted whether a new DayNotez™ database should be created or if you wish to share an existing database between multiple devices. Since the two users wish to maintain separate databases on the desktop, pick the "Create a new DayNotez database" option and tap the OK button.
