Typing

When you enter text in a note you have several input choices and you probably have a favorite. DayNotez™ for Pocket PC allows you to use any input panel option, such as the block recognizer, keyboard, letter recognizer, or transcriber. If you install additional input software you can use that as well.

Any text you enter in this mode will be seen and saved as typed text and all the standard formatting options are available.

To type a note:

1.	Tap on view and then typing.

2.	At the bottom of the screen, tap on the input panel to choose your favorite input method (such as on-screen keyboard).

3.	Enter your text.

4.	Select a category, if you'd like, and add any formatting you choose.

5.	Tap on OK.

6.	You will see your note added to the notes list. You can now perform any of the standard actions on your note (edit, delete, etc.)
