Tap view to access the following menu:

Collapse All:

Hides all the notes so only date headers are visible.

Expand All:

Opens any collapsed date headers; shows all notes.

Detailed:

Shows the notes list with the text of your whole note visible. You will see icons for voice recording, follow-up and a folder icon with the assigned category name. Edit your note to see the original note with all formatting and drawings. When filtered by category, the contact name will be displayed instead of the category name.

When de-selected, notes are condensed into a one-line summary showing the follow-up flag, note time and first line of note text.

Filters:

Opens the Filters submenu. Here you have options to manage or apply filters to your notes. For more detail about filtering, please read Filtering.

Date Filter:

Opens the Date Filter submenu so you can apply a date range filter to your notes.

Zoom:

Opens a sub menu to select the amount you would like to zoom in or out.
