Configure the attributes for a template with this dialog.

 

TemplateDetails

Start With

       This template option is used to specify what view is display first when starting a new entry.Options include the following.

•Text Entry - The Edit view is displayed. Use this option to begin by entering text for the entry.
•Voice Memo - The Audio tab of the details dialog is displayed to begin recording a voice memo.
•Camera - The camera is displayed to capture a photo for the entry.

 

Category

       The new entry will be assigned this category. The category is is not used if a Category filter is active when the template is used.

 

Use the current time

       The new entry will be given the current time if this option is set. Otherwise a fixed time is defined in the template and used for the new entry.

 

Duration

       The new entry is given this duration.

 

Follow-up

       The new entry marked with the follow-up flag if this option is checked.

 

Private

       The new entry is marked private if this option is checked.

 

Contact

       The new entry is given this contact name.
