The view can be filtered by line number using the drop list in the upper right-hand corner. The view can be colored by the line number on which the call was received through a preference setting.
Besides the normal sorting by the time of the time, the view can also be sorted by the name or phone number.
Tap on a selected record to display the details of the call.
Tap the refresh icon to download new caller ID records from the phone. The download will stop when a record is seen that is already present on the handheld.
Tap the phone icon to dial the selected number.

Note: When the refresh command is used, the application will attempt to download only the calls the phone has received since the last time the caller ID information was retrieved. Use the Download All command on the View menu when retrieving caller ID information from a second phone to ensure that all calls are retrieved.
