Format Screen (Font Attributes)

DayNotez for Pocket PC User Interface > Note Entry > Format Screen (Font Attributes)

In typing mode you can set the font typeface, size and other text attributes. Any changes to these setting will apply to the currently selected text or the current cursor location.

 

When you cut and paste your note elements into another document, these settings will be retained (if supported by the receiving application).

 

Font:Choose a font from the drop down list.

 

Size:Changes the size of the font.

 

Pen weight:Choose fine, normal, bold or thick.

 

Color:Choose a color, by name, from the list.

 

Bold:Makes text bold.

 

Italic:Makes text Italic.

 

Underline:Underlines the text.

 

Highlight:Highlights the text.

 

Strikethrough:Types the text with a line through it.

 

To make changes to alignment, add bullets and set the indentation, refer to Paragraph Attributes.

 

In writing and drawing mode this screen effects the pen attributes.

 

ss_hintTip: If you would like more font families to select from, you will need to add fonts to the Windows system. An easy way to add fonts is to copy True Type fonts (TTF extension) from your desktop. Using Explorer, copy your font files from the desktop (Windows/Fonts) to Windows/Fonts on the handheld.
