Spring, 2004 Welcome to the quarterly Natara News update! The response to Bonsai 3 has been tremendous and we thank everyone for their positive comments and support. So how do we follow up the release of a great product upgrade? Read on... Bonsai 3.1 Available! Natara Software is excited to announce the release of Bonsai version 3.1.1. New in this release:
One of the additions we are most excited about is the ability to use icons in place of category and keyword names. The use of icons can convey the same meaning, but leave more room for your outline text.
And with the new configurable views, you can display all the icons at once.
Bonsai supports the same icon sets used by Agendus, DateBk5 and other popular Palm OS applications. If you already use icons with one of the applications, you are ready to go. If not, there are a number of great icon sets available at reasonable prices. Check out some of the icon sets offered by Peter Ong and Organize Software. Or, if you are artistically inclined, you can draw your own icons using the application Icon Manager on your handheld. If not, this is still a must have application to manage your icon sets. There are a number of other small improvements and bug fixes. If you would like to see the full list, please review the readme file. This is a free update for all Bonsai 3 customers. You can download the new version from the Natara website and other handheld retailers. If you are still using Bonsai version 2.8, you can still get a great deal on a Bonsa 3 upgrade. You can now view your registrations, update your email address, and view product upgrade eligibility quickly. There are also pages to troubleshoot common synchronization and registration problems.
