This document provides information about this version of the
Natara Project@Hand 2 MSP project management application for the
Palm Computing platform.

1.0  General
============================================================

Thank you for purchasing Natara Project@Hand 2 MSP.  We hope you
find this application a useful extension to your handheld 
device.

Project@Hand 2 MSP installs in a 30 day evaluation mode.  The
full product feature set is avaialable for your use.  After
30 days the application will no longer run until a product 
registration code is entered.


** NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS UPGRADING FROM Project@Hand 2. **
Install and run the new handheld application and view the projects
on the handheld. The Project@Hand 2 handheld application will upgrade
the project databases to the format required by the conduit.

2.0  Quick Start Steps
============================================================

The following steps will get you up and running with 
Project@Hand 2 MSP.

1) Extract file files from download file into the directory
   of your choice.

2) Run the Setup.exe and answer the questions in the InstallShield
   dialogs.

3) Synchronization to install the Project@Hand 2 application
   onto your handheld device.

4) Create a project on your handheld, or configure a MS Project
   file to synchronize on the desktop.

5) Synchronize again to perform the first synchronization of
   your project.

3.0  Uninstalling
============================================================

Open the Add-Remove Software control panel document and
double-click on the Project@Hand entry.  Select Remove from
the options.

From the handheld application launcher screen, use the menu
App->Delete to display a list of applications.  Select
Proj@Hand from that list and tap Delete.  This will delete
both the application and the projects.

4.0  Product Limitations
============================================================

1)  Requires Palm OS 3.5 or higher.
2)  Beaming projects requires Palm OS 4.0 or higher.
3)  The maximum size of a task note is 26 KB.
4)  Project names are limited to 28 characters.
5)  The maximum number of filters is 8.
