Include:
·Which product you are having trouble with.  
·What is the make and model of the phone you are using.  
·Palm OS version (3.5, 5.0, etc.) of your handheld.  
·What desktop operating system ( Windows 2000, XP, Windows ME, etc.)      
·Steps to reproduce the problem.
